About Aubree

Aubree Johnston, originally from Lee’s Summit, Missouri, grew up dancing and competing around the Kansas City area, as well as competing with the Lee’s Summit West Dance Team. Growing up, Aubree trained in styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, modern/contemporary, lyrical, and hip hop. During that time Aubree also trained with iPush under Manuel “Lukky” Harvey and Kinfigure under Caleb Brauner and Carly Lawrence. Now a recent graduate from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Dance. During her college career, Aubree performed in many shows within the University as well as working in Live Entertainment at Worlds of Fun under the Cedar Fair Parks Entertainment Company. While at the park she performed in the shows, “Grand Carnivale”, “Retrospect”, and “Witches Ball”. After working at Worlds of Fun, it gave her the opportunity to work for Dance Out National Dance Competition. After all of her endeavors throughout college, Aubree now resides in Kansas City as a freelance instructor throughout the metro area.
